Celebrate a big win over brunch with your entire squad. Food allergies or dietary restrictions? No problem. We’ve got options that go way beyond a salad bar (although our salad bar is fire).
Our food isn’t just good—it’s something you can feel good about thanks to sustainability programs that support local farmers and focus on seasonal ingredients. And did we mention it’s delicious? From fresh sushi to wood-fired pizza to our famous buffalo chicken, you’ll find plenty of reasons to chow down.

A World of Options
From to-go spots for a quick bite to our very own on-campus pub, here’s a sampling of what’s on the menu at Rollins.
The Marketplace/Skillman Dining Hall
Located right in the center of campus, Skillman Dining Hall is our main campus dining center. Think of it as the food court of your dreams, with eight dedicated food stations including pizza and pasta, international cuisine, a massive salad bar, a vegan station, a deli, and allergen-free simple servings. The open-concept design, natural light, and stunning lake views only add to the ambiance.
This nautical-themed pub is located downstairs from Skillman and features walk-up ordering and table delivery. Visitors can enjoy everything from fresh sushi to stacked burgers and bowls. Dave’s also serves a variety of craft beer and wine.
This Tex-Mex inspired café is located in the courtyard of the Cornell Social Sciences building and offers burritos and wraps, bowls, fresh-made tortilla chips, and a variety of bottled beverages. Our students lovingly refer to the cafe as “Tar-potlé.”
This coffee joint located in the Bush Science Center atrium is a great place to refuel between classes. It features a full espresso bar serving coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages, as well as to-go sandwiches and salads.
Located in the heart of the Lakeside Neighborhood, the Fox Lodge is a market and eatery combining the charm of your favorite local lunch spot with all the conveniences of an upscale bodega. The market side offers sundries like fresh produce, grab-and-go meals, household and pantry items, and a variety of snacks and drinks. There's also an integrated grill serving up fresh creations like black rice bento boxes and gourmet sandwiches and a coffee shop offering café staples such as lattes and baked goods.
