Debrah Zegelbone Migetz, PhD

Debrah Migetz is an industrial and organizational psychologist whose primary research activity is in the areas of employee selection, alternative measurement of personality, and the social and legal environments of work. Her consulting activities focused on the use of assessment centers and personality testing for employee selection. Dr. Migetz teaches courses in statistics and research methods, ethics, social psychology, psychology of prejudice, learning, and personality.
