Dr. Byeol Kim, a Steinway Artist, has garnered acclaim for her enchanting performances, described as possessing an "ingeniously colorful imagination with stage charisma (Agata Nowakowska)" and noted for her "hushed performances as an operatic singer on the piano (Cleveland Classical)." Her excellence shines through as a back-to-back top prizewinner in prestigious international piano competitions such as the Cleveland, Paderewski, Washington, and Dallas competitions.

In the realm of pedagogy, Dr. Byeol Kim excels in nurturing students to embrace music as the core of their lives. With a dedication to education, she has taught at renowned institutions and music festivals, including Northwestern University and The Amalfi Coast Music & Art Festival.
