Communication professor and faculty director of Rollins’ Social Impact Hub Anne M. Stone has been appointed to Ashoka U’s Network Advisory Committee (NAC). The NAC was founded in partnership with Ashoka’s Changemaker Campus network, representing 51 college campuses devoted to social innovation. Rollins has been a designated Ashoka U Changemaker Campus since 2012 when it became the first college in Florida to receive the honor.

As a member of the committee, Stone will help the organization balance two priorities—first, ensuring the strength of the current Ashoka U Changemaker Campus network, and second, providing guidance to Ashoka U on strategies to support, develop, and enhance the network over time.

Stone is one of just eight members chosen to represent social entrepreneurship and innovation programs within the network. Each member serves a two- to three-year term.
