Opening in Fall 2026, the East End Neighborhood will bring a new level of lakeside living and learning to Rollins. Overlooking Lake Virginia, this vibrant residential community will welcome more than 250 students and feature modern rooms, inviting lounges, and a café designed for connection. From study sessions in Peg Cornwell Commons to pickup games on the new courts, East End is built to elevate the Rollins experience—bringing together the best of community, independence, and the liberal arts in one inspiring space.

Unit Features & Floor Plans

Open to second, third, and fourth-year students, East End Neighborhood will offer a variety of living options that balance independence with community. The residential community will include a mix of single and double rooms in suite style housing, while select units include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and open-plan living spaces.

  • Student Lounges & Views: Nearly every floor features a student lounge with sweeping views of Lake Virginia, offering inviting spaces to study, connect, and take in the scenery capturing the essence of lakeside living and learning at Rollins.
  • Academic Spaces: East End includes a fully equipped classroom with advanced instructional technology, including dual wall-mounted monitors and interactive whiteboards, supporting Rollins’ signature hands-on, discussion-based learning environment.
