Student Account Services

Designating Authorized Users

Authorized users are able to view the student account, enroll in payment plans, and make payments on the student's behalf. Authorized users will also receive email notifications for new monthly statements and payment plan activity. 

There are two ways an authorized user may obtain access to their student's FoxPay account. The student can create an authorized user's account and grant them access to their FoxPay. OR, an authorized user can create their own account and request access from their student.

Option 1: How a Student Creates an Authorized User

  1. Students may initiate the process by logging into their FoxPay account at rollins.college/studentpay or through MyRollins.
  2. Under the "Manage Authorized Users" in the Quick Links section, students click on “Setup Now” and enter each authorized user’s email.
  3. Authorized users will receive an email from FoxPay containing a link “Go To My Account” to set up their password and finalize their enrollment.
  4. Authorized users access FoxPay by visiting https://rollins.college/pay

Option 2: How a Parent, Guardian, or Others Request Access to a Student's Account

  1. Go to https://rollins.college/pay to create an account.
  2. Select "No" that you are not a student.
  3. Enter your email address, create a password, and click on "Create Account."
  4. You will receive confirmation to verify your email address. You may need to check your spam folder and add this to your safe sender's list.
  5. Return to the login screen at https://rollins.college/pay.
  6. Fill in the student's information, your relation to the student, and click "Next.'
  7. You will receive confirmation letting you know your request has been submitted successfully and is waiting to be approved by the student.
  8. When the student approves your request, you will receive a confirmation message.

Rollins College follows students' rights to privacy under the Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Therefore, we cannot discuss students' accounts or payment plan information with anyone except the individuals approved by students as authorized users in FoxPay.
