On the morning of the first day of classes each fall, the entire campus celebrates the beginning of the academic year and the arrival of new students with Convocation

 

  1. Order regalia in mid-July 2021 by contacting Mary Vitelli (Bookstore Manager) at mvitelli@rollins.edu or 407.628.6303. 
  2. Look out for a communication from registrar@rollins.edu regarding how the schedule for the first day of classes is impacted. 

 

Information Technology has many online services to help you survive on campus. Visit the online portal here to access the many services they provide.

Accounts & Access: Basic overview of the many tools I.T. offers faculty, staff, students, families, community.

Facilities Services keeps things operating on campus.  For key requests, lock service, door hardware, use this form for the locksmith and key requests.

Campus Safety preserves a safe and secure environment for faculty, staff, students, and guests.

  • Obtain an R-Card for building access, purchasing food and non-food items on campus.
  • See Parking on Campus for a parking map, vehicle and bicycle registration and decal information, policies and operations plans.
  • You can also contact Campus Safety if you have an unruly, drunk, abusive, disorderly, or extremely ill student in your classroom.  407-646-2999.

The Rollins Bookstore for easy access to Rollins gear, textbooks, regalia, etc.

  • You can also get basic over-the-counter assistance for allergy or headache relief.
