Authorized users can view the student account, enroll in payment plans, and make payments on the student’s behalf. They will also receive email and/or text notifications from campuspayments@touchnet.com (please add this address to your safe senders list) regarding new monthly statements and payment plan activity.

To grant access, the student must create the authorized user within their FoxPay account.


Creating an Authorized User in TouchNet (FoxPay)

Students may access FoxPay by visiting https://rollins.college/studentpay, selecting the TouchNet tile via Okta, or searching for “FoxPay” in MyRollins. Access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) through Okta single sign-on (SSO). Students cannot log in to FoxPay directly using their Rollins email address and password.

To add an authorized user, complete the following steps:

  • Log in to FoxPay
  • Select “Authorized Users” under “My Profile Setup”
  • Select “Add Authorized User”
  • Enter the authorized user’s email address
  • Select the level of access to grant
  • Agree to the authorization
  • To make changes, click the gear (cog) icon

Authorized users will receive an email from campuspayments@touchnet.com (please add this address to your safe sender’s list) with a “Link to Student Account Center” to create a password and complete setup.


Logging into TouchNet (FoxPay) as an Authorized User

After the student has added you as an authorized user, go to https://rollins.college/pay.

Your username will be the email address the student provided when granting access. You will receive two emails to complete setup:

  • An email from campuspayments@touchnet.com containing a temporary password
  • A separate email confirming your authorized user access

To log in:

  • Enter the email address (username) from the first email
  • Enter the temporary password from the email from campuspayments@touchnet.com
  • Click “Login”
  • Complete the setup steps to access the student account

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following:

  • Ask the student to remove your access, log out of their FoxPay account, restart their browser, log back in, and re-add your access
  • Use an incognito or private browser window to rule out cookie or cache issues
  • Select “Forgot Password” on the TouchNet login page to reset your password

Student and College administrators may remove authorized user access at any time, if necessary. Access may be updated or revoked to maintain account security, ensure accurate authorization, or comply with student requests or institutional policies.

Rollins College follows students' rights to privacy under the Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Therefore, we cannot discuss students' accounts or payment plan information with anyone except the individuals approved by students as authorized users in FoxPay.
