Strategic Plan Overview

Over several years, Information Technology sought input from the Rollins community through a campus-wide assessment and informal conversations, as well as input from the IT team.  This information informed the strategic planning process.

IT Purpose Statement

Information Technology (IT) partners with the Rollins community to create outstanding experiences that enable the College mission.

Visual Plan Summary

The IT Strategic Plan is designed to feed up into the Rollins mission and strategic plan, and to tie in to the foundational day-to-day work of the individual staff members in the IT department.
