22-25 Strategic Plan Details

We have adopted the Objective and Key Results (OKR) goal setting methodology. Each objective defined below is supported by a series of ever evolving Key Results that measure progress towards these objectives.

  • Make the Help Desk the first place people want to go when they need IT help
  • Proactively provide the technology and training people need (so they can have unexpectedly good experiences)
