As we head into the holiday season and 2021 draws to a close, it is a fitting time to celebrate all that we have achieved together this year at Rollins. Over the past 12 months, our college has been recognized for everything from academic and athletic excellence to outstanding teaching and an extraordinary commitment to civic engagement.
Rollins was ranked as the No.1 regional university in the South for the third consecutive year by U.S. News & World Report. The College became one of only 293 colleges in the nation to house a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, the country’s oldest and most prestigious honor society. Our students, graduates, faculty, and staff once again earned some of the world’s most prestigious honors.
In October, we launched Brighter Together, a historic campaign to advance Rollins’ innovative educational model and invest in the people, programs, and places that prepare our graduates to lead meaningful lives and prosper in productive careers.
The College and our students are thriving, and the future has never looked more brilliant. I hope you are as proud of these accomplishments as I am, because they would not be possible without our entire community’s commitment to our mission and to one another. I wish you and your families peace, health, and happiness this holiday season.
