Information Technology provides computing, networking, and technical support services to the Rollins community.

We're Here to Help

The Help Desk is the first point of contact for all technology issues. We use a ticketing system (TeamDynamix) that allows the Help Desk to take in all of the information about your problem and then assign the Web Help Desk Ticket to the appropriate person within IT. So, never worry if you aren’t sure who the appropriate person is to call. Just call the Help Desk and your problem will be routed to the right spot.
