Employee Resource Groups
Rollins’ Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program is a strategic pillar in fostering a thriving workplace where innovation and employee engagement are valued and where everyone feels connected, appreciated, and supported.
Open to all faculty and staff, each of Rollins’ ERGs is a network of employees who voluntarily come together to provide support and create connections based on shared interests, experiences, and/or identities.
