Welcome to the Department of Residential Property Management. Our team is responsible for the off-campus residential properties offered to eligible members of the Rollins campus community. We manage the leasing and maintenance of a 28-unit apartment complex offered to graduate students enrolled in Crummer’s Early Advantage Program; a private community of townhomes offered to eligible faculty and staff members; and guest accommodations reserved for prestigious guests of Rollins Winter Park Institute, as well as visiting faculty and community members.
