The Rollins Office of Property Management team is responsible for the off-campus residential properties offered to eligible members of the Rollins campus community.

About Property Management

The Office of Property Management manages the leasing and maintenance of a 28-unit apartment complex offered to graduate students enrolled in Crummer’s Early Advantage Program; a private community of townhomes offered to eligible faculty and staff members; and tenants of commercial properties owned by the College.
