Staying Connected


How do I update my information?

You can submit your information updates through our online update form or via email at alumni@rollins.edu. If you prefer to speak with a member of our staff, call us at 800-799-ALUM during business hours and we’d be happy to collect your update. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30-5 p.m.

I’m newly married and want to submit my news for Rollins magazine. Where should I do that?
Share news about a recent job promotion, professional or personal achievement, reunion with Rollins friends, nuptial or family addition through our online class news submission form or email your news to alumni@rollins.edu

I’d like to recommend a fellow alum for an alumni award. Do you accept nominations?
Yes, learn more about our Alumni Awards and submit a nomination.

I’m a dual alum. Where can I find information about alumni opportunities for Crummer graduates?
To learn about opportunities through the Crummer Alumni Association, visit their website.

I want to get involved with alumni programs. What volunteer opportunities do you offer?
Learn more about our Share the Light initiative to help students and recent grads secure jobs and internships. If you are interested in mentorship opportunities or sharing your industry expertise in the classroom, complete our volunteer form with your information. Join the Rollins College Alumni Ambassadors Facebook group and volunteer to share posts on social media to raise awareness and spread the word about College news, events, and giving back.

I'm going to be visiting campus. Where can I park?
Your best option for available parking is in the Truist parking garage (entrance located on Lyman Avenue). If you’re on campus, you must be wearing a mask at all times. The Rollins Garage is also available.

When is Alumni Weekend?
Alumni Weekend is held each spring and all alumni are invited to attend. Alumni Weekend 2022 will be a virtual experience that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home!

I need to make a reservation at The Alfond Inn. Does the Inn offer discounts to Rollins alumni?
The Alfond Inn offers Rollins alumni, students, families, faculty, and staff 15 percent off the best available rate through online reservations using the code “ASR”. The rate is limited and subject to availability. To make reservations, visit thealfondinn.com

I would like to get married in Knowles Memorial Chapel, whom do I contact?
Alumni and their children, faculty, staff, and full-time students can reserve the Chapel for weddings. Wedding are only performed on Saturdays and available times include 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please contact Rollins Scheduling & Event Services to schedule your wedding. events@rollins.edu T: 407.646.2673

I need a copy of my transcripts. Can you help me?
The Office of Student Records handles transcript requests. Alumni and students can order official transcripts through Student Records’ secure website. 

I’m a recent graduate looking for employment. How can the alumni office help me?
Rollins alumni have access to lifetime career planning resources through the College. The Alumni Career Network, established in partnership with the Center for Career & Life Planning (CLP), is designed to give graduates access to alumni professionals and career counseling. Take advantage of free services such as career advising appointments and resume and cover letter review with CLP staff. As you grow in your profession, we encourage you to give back the next generation of leaders by engaging in mentorship opportunities with students and alumni and recruiting talent from Rollins. Learn more about Alumni Career Network resources.

I need a new Rollins t-shirt, but don’t live in Winter Park. Can I buy one online?

My child is applying to Rollins. Do legacy students get priority in the admission process?
Admission to Rollins is highly selective and a student's academic credentials carry the most weight in the application review process. For more information and to apply, visit the Admission website.

I’d like to pitch an idea for Rollins magazine. Whom do I contact?
We always welcome story ideas, and consider each one for the magazine, Rollins360 (print and online), and social media outlets. You can submit story ideas and class news online. Please note that Rollins reserves all rights and final decisions and that we cannot accommodate every request.

Giving Back


How do I make a gift to Rollins?

To make your annual gift to Rollins, visit the College’s secure online giving form, call 407-646-2221, or mail your check to: Rollins College Donations, Post Office Box 850001, Dept# 9921, Orlando, FL 32885-9921. To learn more about giving to Rollins, visit the Giving website.

I can’t make financial contributions to the College at this time, but am interested in giving back in other ways. What opportunities are available?

My company would like to offer internships to Rollins students. Whom do I contact?
Center for Career and Life Planning and Crummer Career Development Center offers recruiting options for employers seeking quality interns, entry-level hires, and experienced professionals. 

I’d like to join the Rollins Alumni Association Board of Directors. Do you take self-nominations? How do I nominate a fellow alum?
Alumni Board nominations are accepted year-round. The nomination and voting process occurs each fall. To recommend yourself or a fellow alum, complete our nomination form.

I want to recommend a potential student, who do I contact?
Letters of recommendation from alumni are accepted and can be mailed to the Office of Admission at 1000 Holt Ave.-2720, Winter Park, FL 32789, or emailed to the office. Letters are most helpful when they provide supplemental information and insight that may not be present elsewhere in a student’s application materials. While additional letters of recommendation are welcome, it’s important to note that a student’s academic credentials carry the most weight in the application review process.
