Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business has earned a spot on the global LinkedIn Top 100 MBA Programs for Career Growth for 2025. Rollins also made the list in 2024, underscoring Crummer’s consistent reputation for advancing graduates’ careers on a global scale.

The ranking’s methodology is built on exclusive LinkedIn data evaluating full-time programs based on five key pillars: hiring and demand, ability to advance, network strength, leadership potential, and gender diversity.

Studying business through a liberal arts lens uniquely prepares Rollins students to become global thought leaders in everything from finance and marketing to operations and sustainable enterprise. Rollins’ 3/2 Accelerated Management Program (AMP) allows students to earn their bachelor’s degree and MBA in just five years.

“The 3/2 program at Crummer, along with our Flex MBA and EMBA programs, blends a liberal arts foundation with advanced business education, giving students a fast track to leadership,” says Anil Menon, the dean of Crummer. “Landing a coveted spot on LinkedIn’s 2025 global 100 ranking for a second year running confirms what we’ve always known—our mission to develop leaders with real-world career success is paying off, as Crummer alumni continue to thrive across industries.”

Courtney Sparling ’15 ’16MBA
3/2 AMP graduate Courtney Sparling ’15 ’16MBA works as the director of marketing for EnergyX, a sustainable energy company focused on direct lithium extraction, refinery, and battery technology.

Throughout the 3/2 program, students make connections to local business leaders and expert faculty who are authorities in their fields while tapping into Crummer’s extensive alumni network and forging relationships with their peers in a cohort-style environment that mimics the workplace. Students apply what they’re learning to real business challenges through internships, study abroad, and leadership development programs, ensuring that they stand out among giants in a highly competitive global market.

Just ask Courtney Sparling ’15 ’16MBA, now the director of marketing at EnergyX in Austin, Texas.

“During my five years in the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, I not only gained an invaluable education thanks to dedicated professors and intimate class settings, but also benefited from access to a strong network of alumni,” says Sparling. “I even credit one alum for helping launch my career. The focus on teamwork and real-life applications sets Rollins apart from any other program. Not to mention, the fast-tracked curriculum let me customize my courses based on my interests and explore many areas of study.”
