The award recognizes a Rollins faculty or staff member for being a role model in the area of well-being.

Donna Lee, vice president for student affairs, has been awarded the 2023 Rollins Well-Being Champion Award.
Lee is recognized as an ambassador of the Rollins Well-Being Committee’s mission to create and promote a healthy campus community in which to live, learn, teach, work, and visit. In both her personal and professional life, Lee devotes herself to all aspects of well-being—from physical and mental to emotional and environmental.
“Every day, Donna uses her social media platform to share positive messages of affirmation, her own wellness and fitness journey, and her love for this campus,” says a member of the Student Affairs team. “One of her main focal points for our division this year has been centered on personal well-being. She reaches out individually to check on folks when we may be struggling through our own journey and makes sure to bring in support focused on these areas. It’s a breath of fresh air, especially in the work that we do day in and day out.”
Lee will receive a personalized trophy and a $150 gift from the Rollins Well-Being Committee.
