Graveling’s nominators share, “Eric is a true advocate for promoting a healthy, active lifestyle on campus, and his enthusiasm and passion for wellness are contagious. Eric is always eager to engage with others and encourage them to stay active. Whether it’s biking through trails or participating in fitness challenges, he is constantly finding ways to incorporate healthy activities into his routine and inspire others to join him.”
As one colleague noted, “One of the most remarkable aspects of Eric’s approach is how he makes being active approachable and fun. Many of us from the office have started biking with him, and his ability to make physical activity feel inclusive and accessible to all is truly a testament to his leadership in promoting well-being.”
Another colleague added, “Eric is not only dedicated to encouraging others but also sets an incredible example with his own participation in and completion of numerous challenging races. His personal achievements inspire those around him to pursue their own fitness goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Eric is a true champion of well-being at Rollins, and his dedication to fostering a healthy campus environment makes him incredibly deserving of the Rollins Well-Being Champion Award.”
