Free Childcare Now Available for Rollins’ Evening Program

Spectrum News 13 featured Rollins’ new Evening EduCare program, which provides students in the College’s Professional Advancement and Graduate Studies programs with free childcare.

September 14, 2025

Launched last fall thanks to a gift from the Warren and Augusta Hume Foundation, Rollins’ Evening Educare serves children ages 5 to 11 while their parents attend class in the evening.

The program is housed on campus at the Hume House Child Development & Student Research Center, making it easy for parents to drop their children off on their way to class.

Free childcare is just one of the ways Rollins’ Professional Advancement and Graduate Studies programs are making it easier for working adults to finish their bachelor’s degrees or pursue master’s degrees.
