Brown Earns 2021 Hugh F. McKean Award

Anthropology professor Shan-Estelle Brown earns the 2021 Hugh F. McKean Award, an annual honor bestowed on a faculty member by the graduating senior class.

Anthropology professor Shan-Estelle Brown is the recipient of the 2021 Hugh F. McKean Award, given to one professor for teaching excellence selected annually by the senior class of Rollins College.

Brown also serves as coordinator of the Global Health program and specializes in medical anthropology, patient-provider relationships, health disparities, chronic illness, and self-treatment.
