As we approach our first winter break at Rollins, Tom and I would like to thank you for making our first six months in Winter Park so wonderful. We are deeply grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received since joining this extraordinary community. Your kindness and generosity have made us feel right at home, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends that make Rollins special.
As a former journalist and an anthropologist and folklorist, we both recognize the power of stories, and we’ve loved hearing your stories of perseverance, passion, and purpose. You’ve shown us why this institution has thrived for generations and made us certain that we can reach even greater heights when we work together.
Thank you for your dedication to our College, to our mission, and to one another. We wish you and your families peace, health, and happiness this holiday season. May this time bring you moments of joy and reflection with those who matter most.
