My work focuses on leadership development, strategy execution and organizational effectiveness. I teach management and human resources with a strong practitioner perspective shaped by my experience in executive leadership, consulting and higher education. Before entering academia, I held C-suite roles in Brazil for more than 12 years, with a focus on leadership, strategic planning, operations management and organizational behavior. My goal is to connect theory and practice in ways that help students lead, innovate and create sustainable organizational success.
