My work in human resources spans more than 32 years across a wide range of HR functions in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Since 2015, I have also taught in the Rollins Master of Human Resources program. Throughout my career, I have managed HR teams ranging from one to eight professionals and supported organizations with 125 to more than 500 employees. I have maintained SHRM-SCP certification for more than 25 years, and this experience has shaped my approach to developing the next generation of HR professionals.
