Ricky Baez, MHR

My work focuses on aligning human resources strategy with business performance across complex organizational environments. I advise executive teams on workforce challenges, build high-performing teams, and develop data-driven solutions that improve retention, strengthen culture, and reduce legal risk. My experience includes leading nationwide HR strategies, resolving employee relations matters, and designing recruiting, training, and leadership programs that deliver measurable results. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I bring disciplined leadership and real-world experience to my consulting work and teaching at Rollins College.
