About the Department

Through our diverse course offerings, students learn valuable communicative and intercultural skills, become strong writers, and develop the critical thinking and analytical skills needed to succeed in today's global community. The Department offers a minor in French and a major and minor in Spanish.

Global Language Majors and Minors

Study Abroad

Through the Office of International Programs, students can pursue language study abroad in our semester and summer programs in China, France, Germany, Japan, and Spain.
