Institutional Advancement

The Vice President for Institutional Advancement oversees Rollins’ efforts to build strong support and lasting relationships with alumni, parents, friends, community members, and industry leaders.


Development
Offices: Samuel Lawrence Center, 200 E. New England Avenue, 4th Floor
The Office of Development is comprised of a team of fundraising professionals who work with alumni, parents, foundations, corporations, and friends to raise the resources that advance the strategic priorities of the College. Development includes Major Gifts, Gift Planning, Parent Programs, Corporate & Foundation Relations, and Annual Giving.

Corporate & Foundation Relations
Offices: Warren Administration Building, 2nd Floor
Corporate and Foundation Relations staff perform three major roles:
- Fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations based on shared values;
- Working closely with private foundations to assist with their philanthropic goals;
- Helping faculty and staff initiate and steward relationships with corporate and foundation partners.

Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving
The Alumni Engagement staff serves as your link to Rollins. They help advance lifelong alumni connections through a variety of social, professional, volunteer, educational programs, and events. In collaboration with Annual Giving and the Office of Development, the team also seeks to inspire meaningful philanthropy to advance the College's mission.
The Annual Giving staff encourages yearly giving participation among alumni, parents, students, and friends of Rollins, and promote annual contributions of all sizes to the College of Liberal Arts, The Hamilton Holt School (Rollins evening undergraduate and graduate programs), The Crummer Graduate School of Business (Rollins MBA), and athletics, and the Rollins Museum of Art.

Advancement Services

Advancement Services is responsible for meeting the reporting, technology, stewardship, gift processing, and data acquisition/integrity needs of the Division of Institutional Advancement and the broader Rollins community. The team is comprised of four distinct but interrelated functions: Technology and Reporting, Gifts & Records, Research & Moves Management and Donor Relations. Technology and Reporting serve our division and the community with accurate and timely information to help support strategic decisions and communication audiences. Gifts & Records complete all gift processing and records maintenance for our alumni and friends. Research & Moves Management supports efforts to raise resources to advance the College by developing and managing procedures for systematically evaluating sources of support from individuals, foundations, and corporations and Donor Relations stewards the College’s donors through reporting, engagement and recognition.
