Graduate Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to graduate students eligible to receive federal loans through the William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loans Program. Interested students are encouraged to call or visit the Financial Aid Office located in the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Building at the corner of Fairbanks and Park Avenues, telephone 407-646-2395. Counselors are available Monday through Friday by phone or on a walk-in basis from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The following scholarship and graduate assistantship opportunities are open to degree-seeking students in a Rollins master's degree program:

Please complete the following steps prior to submitting a scholarship application:
1) Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will need to submit a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) that reflects your Estimated Family Contribution (EFC). You will be unable to complete your scholarship application without this information. International students who cannot complete the FAFSA will be required to respond to personal financial questions within the content of the scholarship application.
2) Confirm your intent to enroll. You will not be able to complete your scholarship application until you have accepted an admission offer and have confirmed in writing your admission intentions.
3) Set up your Rollins email account. A Rollins e-mail account is required in order to begin the scholarship application process. An e-mail account is established through the admission acceptance process.
Education Department Scholarships
Degree-seeking students in the Master of Arts in Teaching and Master of Education programs are invited to apply for departmental scholarships. Awards are based on academic achievement, academic promise, financial circumstances, and attempts to maintain a diverse student body. Amounts will be determined based on funds available each academic year and typically range from $1,000 to $3,000. New or continuing student who have been admitted as a degree-seeking student to the Master of Arts in Teaching or Master of Education program may apply for a tuition scholarship.

Counseling Department Scholarships
First-year students are invited to apply for departmental scholarships. Second-year students may apply for a scholarship renewal on a funds-available basis. Awards are based on academic achievement, academic promise, financial circumstances, and attempts to maintain a diverse student body. Amounts will be determined based on funds available each academic year, but typically range from $1,000 to $3,000. Only students who have been fully admitted (non-provisional status) may apply for a tuition scholarship.

In addition to departmental scholarships, the Counseling Department funds five graduate assistantships.
Master of Liberal Studies Scholarships
Degree-seeking students are invited to apply for departmental scholarships. Awards are based on academic achievement, academic promise, financial circumstances, and attempts to maintain a diverse student body. Amounts will be determined based on funds available each academic year and typically range from $500 to $3,000. Only students who have been fully admitted may apply for a tuition scholarship.

Tuition Discounts
As a community health partner, the Hamilton Holt School offers a 10% discount to verified employees and medical staff of Orlando Health or Florida Hospital who enroll in the graduate program in Public Health (MPH).
To request a tuition discount, students must submit an Graduate Health Programs Tuition Discount Request.
Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis & Clinical Science
The Hamilton Holt School offers a 10% tuition discount to verified employees of current practicum sites.
To request a tuition discount, students must submit an ABACS Tuition Discount Request.
Graduate Assistantships
Rollins College offers graduate assistantships, which are posted regularly at the Rollins Jobs site. Compensation and hours vary by positions. Students may apply for graduate assistantships once they have been accepted into a graduate program.
Applied Behavior Analysis & Clinical Science
The positions entail primary assignment to an ABACS faculty member to assist with her research program but also may involve helping other program faculty members, thesis students, and research assistants.

Human Resources Graduate Assistantship

Counseling Department Graduate Assistantships
The Graduate Counseling Program offers assistantships that cover the cost of courses taken during the fall and spring semesters. Assistantships are appointments held in various positions on campus. Five assistantships are open to upper-level graduate counseling students (usually second year in the program). If upper-level students are not able to fill all positions, first year students will be given the opportunity to apply.
Compensation consists of tuition fees for the Fall and Spring terms to a maximum of six courses over two terms. Please note that students who have other employment, receive tuition remission, or are on internship are not able to fulfill the requirements of these positions. This compensation will be taxed as income.
