Residential Life

Our residence halls are far more than a comfy place to lay your head at night. They’re living-learning communities where you can prepare to ace your midterms, share a home-cooked meal with your besties, and unwind after a long day. Whether you’re a social butterfly or an introvert, we’ve got housing options to suit every kind of person. Each of our residential communities offers unique amenities, from poolside paradises and rooms with a view to classrooms and eateries right inside the building. We could go on and on about life on America’s most beautiful campus, but it’s honestly better if we just show you. So explore your options, take it all in, and see exactly what we mean by easy living.

Take a Look Around

They say the best way to get to know a place is through its people, and nobody reps Rollins and Winter Park better than our students. Join a group of Tars as they show you where they live, work, eat, relax, and go to stay active. We think you’ll like what you see.

A Place for Everyone

Rollins boasts 19 on-campus residential communities, which range from traditional co-educational residence halls and fraternity and sorority houses to furnished apartments and special residential organizations. Each of our residences offers unique amenities, from rooms with lake views to classrooms and cafes right inside the building. With so many options, you’re sure to find your perfect fit.

Living, Learning

At Rollins, your education doesn’t end in the classroom. In fact, you’ll find opportunities to develop as a global citizen and responsible leader all across America’s most beautiful campus, including your residence hall. Our Living Learning Communities program infuses your residential life experience with experiential learning, educational programs, and community service experiences. Along the way, you’ll not only forge relationships that stand the test of time—you’ll also build skills that will prepare you for success in your life and career.

Support Network

At Rollins, you’ll be surrounded by a constellation of mentors ready to guide you through every twist and turn. That personalized support network extends to your residential community. Staff in the Office of Residential Life & Explorations help ease the transition to college life and cultivate community throughout your time at Rollins. Resident Assistants—fellow Tars who were recently walking in your shoes—act as on-site advisors, helping you make friends and navigate challenges. Even a few of your professors live right down the hall.
