Rollins College features 19 on-campus residential facilities, which range from traditional coeducational residence halls and fraternity and sorority houses to furnished apartments for upper-class students and special residential organizations such as Pinehurst Cottage.

Originally built in 1886. Pinehurst Cottage is the only remaining building from the College’s founding days.

Fast Facts

Creature Comforts 
All residence halls are centrally air-conditioned and furnished with recreational spaces, study areas, lounges, as well as laundry and kitchen facilities.

Basics and Beyond 
The typical room is a double and is furnished with twin beds (extra long), desks, chairs, dressers, wardrobes or closets, Venetian blinds, smoke detectors, overhead lighting, voice-mail access, cable TV (including premium movie channels), and wifi internet access.

Safety First 
All residence hall exterior doors are locked 24 hours a day, and students have a key or use their R-cards to enter their room.
