International Internships: Now What?

Seeking an international internship, or looking for your next steps after securing one? Choose the statement below that most closely matches your circumstance to get more information about where to go from here!

Step 2: Work with International Programs to register your travel in RIPA through FoxLink (Affiliated Travel Application).  Contact International Programs at 407-646-2466 or at studyabroad@rollins.edu, or come see us during walk-in advising hours Tuesdays, Wednesdays and  Thursdays 12-2:00.

Meet with an advisor in International Programs to determine next steps.  The IP advisor will help you register in RIPA through Foxlink and will talk to you about receiving academic credit for the internship.  Contact International Programs at 407-646-2466 or at studyabroad@rollins.edu, or come see us during walk-in advising hours Tuesdays, Wednesdays and  Thursdays 12-2:00. Depending on the structure of your program, you may have additional steps to complete with the Center for Career and Life Planning to receive academic credit.

Step 1: Meet with an advisor in International Programs to review and discuss study abroad program options that include an internship.  Seek advising from the Center for Career & Life Planning as needed regarding focusing on a specific career field, resume/cover letter, and interviewing skills and resources for an internship search.

Step 2: Once you have identified and secured an international internship, review the student actions above that relate to your circumstance.
