Megan has worked for events and conferences at Rollins since 2008. She joined the Scheduling and Event Services team originally as a Summer Conference Coordinator and worked in that capacity for three summers. After graduating from Rollins with an Honors Degree in Psychology in 2010, Megan started working full-time for the department. Today, she continues to work primarily on internal event coordination. Megan loves spending time in Winter Park, particularly exploring Park Avenue with friends on the weekend.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Large-scale on-campus departmental events including Presidential events
  • Annual events including Welcome Week, Family Weekend, Alumni Weekend, and Commencement
  • Rice Family Pavilion marketing and sales
  • Oversight of event policies and procedures

Ally Stricker

College and Student Events Manager

Ally began her career with Rollins in the fall of 2018. She graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2012 before moving to Orlando to pursue a career working in events. Her past experience includes five years on staff at Warren Willis Camp, Clubhouse Coordinator at Neighborhood Afterschool Ministries, Assistant Student Director at FUMC-Winter Park, and Director of Events at the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. Ally has a passion for Disney, tacos, Camp Gladiator, Netflix, hiking, Florida State University, pie, and musical theater.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Student event scheduling and policy oversight
  • General event inquiries
  • Parking and banner reservations
  • EMS training
  • Website maintenance
