Overview

The college-owned Orchid and Mead Garden Townhome Community is conveniently located just one mile from campus and near the entrance of Winter Park’s Mead Gardens.

The community consists of eleven large two-story townhomes, each with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The community offers two distinctive floor plans to eligible members of the Rollins community. Please refer to the Faculty Housing Program for priority and eligibility requirements.

Tenancy is limited to up to three years with transitions to private rentals or home ownership highly encouraged. Lease terms are flexible depending on the needs of individual tenants. Short-term leases are subject to the Florida State Tourist Tax of 12.5% on top of the base rent. Rental prices are competitive within the Winter Park community and offered at $1,400 for the 1,676-square-feet floor plan on Orchid Ave. and $1,500 for 1,826-square-feet floor plan located on Mead Ave.
