Registration & Tuition

Fall and spring semesters and summer sessions have different tuition and fees due to the shorter time span of the summer schedule.

Fall Schedule & Registration

Fall 2018 Calendar

  • July 9– August 10: Fall Registration
  • Monday, August 20: Private Instruction Begins
  • Monday, September 3: Labor Day - No Lessons
  • Saturday, September 22: Piano Ensemble Recitals - 3:00 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.
  • November 5:  Spring Registration Begins
  • Saturday, November 10: Fall Recitals - 3:00 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.
  • November, 21-24: Thanksgiving Break - No Lessons
  • Saturday, December 1: Private Instruction Ends
  • Friday, December 7: Spring Registration Deadline

Registration Process

  1. Fill out and complete the Registration Form.
  2. Mail or drop off completed Registration Forms near the CSM Lock Box near Room 151 in the Keene Music Building.
  3. Instructor assignments will be made at the end of the Fall Registration Process.
  4. Mailing Address: Rollins College Community School of Music - 1000 Holt Avenue, 2731 - Winter Park, FL 32789
  • NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Cost of Tuition

Tuition for 14-week Fall Semester 

  • 30 minutes weekly: $380.00
  • 45 minutes weekly: $560.00
  • 60 minutes weekly: $660.00
Registration Fee: $10.00
THIS FEE MUST BE PAID EACH TERM

10% discount for Rollins Faculty & Staff with ID

*NOTE: One make-up lesson is allowed, if justified with 24 hours prior notice.

Payment in full by check or money order due with registration form by August 11 in order to begin lessons.

Spring Schedule & Registration

Spring 2019 Calendar

  • November 5 - December 7: Spring Registration
  • Tuesday, January 22: Private Instruction Begins
  • Sunday, March 10: Spring Recitals - 3:00 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.
  • March 11-17: Spring Break - No Lessons
  • Saturday, April 6: Piano Achievement Day Fee Deadline
  • April 8: Summer Registration Begins (minimum of 4 lessons - maximum of 10 lessons)
  • Saturday, May 4: Private Instruction Ends
  • Saturday, May 4: Piano Achievement Day - Scheduled time between 9:00 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 5: Piano Honors Recitals - 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 10: Summer Registration Ends
  • Monday, May 13: Summer Lessons Begin (minimum of 4 lessons - maximum of 10 lessons)
  • Friday, August 9: Summer Lessons End

Tuition Per Lesson

Please state the number of lessons desired after agreeing on a schedule with the instructor.

(Minimum of 4 lessons - Maximum of 10 lessons)

  • 30 minutes: $24.00/per lesson
  • 45 minutes: $35.00/per lesson
  • 60 minutes: $42.00/per lesson

The Community School of Music no longer accepts credit cards as a form of payment.
