- Rollins Alert System - The Rollins Alert System provides a means to notify students, faculty, staff, and parents of emergencies via text, phone, e-mail and the Campus Safety Facebook page. This system, launched in fall 2011, replaces the OUTREACH system that was used in collaboration with the City of Winter Park since fall 2007. To register/update your contact information, log on to FoxLink, and select the “Rollins Alert System” link from the “All Users” tab. Note: The Rollins Alert System is reserved for use only when an emergency condition or urgent situation exists which may affect the immediate health and safety of members of the campus community. These situations require timely notification and warning with possible protective action recommendations. There will be no advertising or non-emergency alerts sent to you and your information will not be shared with or sold to third parties. In order for parents to receive the emergency notifications, students must register/update the parents' contact information in FoxLink as optional numbers for them. Cellular service providers may charge fees to receive these calls/messages. Rollins College is not responsible for these charges.
