Prism is an employee resource group serving Rollins College staff and faculty who identify as part of the LGBTIQQA community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, and Ally).

About Prism

Established in 2011, Prism provides members with opportunities to connect in both formal and social settings to network and discuss topics of interest. Through a variety of means, Prism helps promote awareness and inclusiveness, and engages in community building and advocacy.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote awareness of the LGBTIQQA community and to support a safe and inclusive environment for that community on campus, specifically focusing on the staff and faculty population at Rollins College.

Our Goals

  • To be a positive, social, educational, supportive, and action-oriented organization
  • To promote equality for the LGBTIQQA community on Rollins campus and beyond
