Open Enrollment

Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to make benefits changes.  Open Enrollment for the 2018/2019 plan year was 2/5/18 - 2/16/18.

Highlights for 2018:

  • Free Generic Statin prescription drugs
  • Advanced Imaging – no longer subject to the deductible, members responsible for allowable charges up to $500
  • In-Network Outpatient Hospital Labs (ie: Moffitt/Mayo) are no longer subject to the deductible - members are responsible for coinsurance only (Quest is Free!)
  • ICUBA Private Sweepstakes for participation in BlueRewards powered by Rally
  • Amazon Gift Card winners every 14-days for City Challenges in Rally (tracking device required to participate)
  • Free Aetna Resources for Living AbleTo program
  • Minimal rate increases for Medical, Dental, and Vision plans

Open Enrollment 2018

Open Enrollment was 2/5/18 - 2/16/18, and was the annual opportunity to make benefits changes effective 4/1/2018.

Important: You MUST have processed an open enrollment election if:

  • You wanted to add or continue a flexible spending account. The FSA amounts do not roll over from year to year.; or
  • You wanted to make changes to your benefits; or
  • You wanted to add or drop dependents

Failure to complete enrollment resulted in losing your healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), effective 4/1/18.

You must have processed your open enrollment at by 2/16/18.
