New Employee Benefits Instructions

Rollins is pleased to offer a variety of outstanding benefits to full time faculty and staff. Follow these steps to ensure a successful enrollment:

  1. Review benefits presentation: This audio presentation will educate you on the various benefits available to full time Rollins employees. Feel free to share with your spouse or partner to make an informed decision for your family. 
  2. Enroll in benefits: Go to icubabenefits.org no later than 30 days from your hire date to select your benefits. Failure to enroll by the deadline will result in not having insurance coverage until an election is made during the next enrollment period.
  3. Review and save your confirmation statement: Your confirmation is validation of the benefit elections you made. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
  4. Watch for Communications: Check your email and mailbox for materials from ICUBA and our benefits brand partners. 
  5. Additional Benefits information: The Rollins Benefits web page provides more details on all benefits offered, including contact information, rates, and plan summaries.
