Fall 2023 Graduate Orientation

Graduate orientation is designed to introduce you to Rollins College resources, as well as give you an opportunity to connect with students and faculty from your graduate program. Please RSVP now for this mandatory session:

Saturday, August 19, 2023
RSVP here

  • 10:00-noon: Campus resourses, graduate academic policies, managing the stress and anxiety of graduate school, and tips for navigating campus
  • Noon-1:00: Lunch (all programs)
  • 1:00-3:00: Program orientation with your cohort

Planning for graduate orientation:

  • Suggested dress is business casual.
  • This event is open to students only. Due to space limitations, we ask that you do not bring guests.
  • You may pick up your R-Card and parking permit from Campus Safety the day of orientation, either before or after the program.

Spring/Summer 2023

Because most cohorts do not admit students in terms other than fall, we do not offer an all-program orientation session in other terms. You are welcome to attend the next upcoming fall orientation in addition to your individual orientation.

Graduate Counseling

The Graduate Counseling program will offer a program orientation as part of your first Foundations class. Students in this program may leave after the Graduate Orientation lunch.

Graduate Counseling students are encouraged, but not required, to attend Graduate Orientation.
