Forbes magazine has named Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business the top MBA program in Florida in its biennial ranking of the nation’s best business schools.

The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business has been ranked the No. 1 MBA program in Florida and the No. 44 MBA program in the nation by Forbes magazine.

Rollins demonstrated the most significant rise in ranking among the top 50 graduate business schools, climbing nine spots in the publication’s biennial ranking of the country’s best business schools.

The new rankings are based on Forbes’ in-depth research, which prioritizes a student’s return on investment five years after graduation. The Forbes survey asks graduates from all MBA programs to evaluate the cost of getting an MBA, including any salaries that were forgone while in school and the monetary rewards obtained after graduation.

“We are honored to be recognized as an institution that continues to be a great investment for our students,” says Deborah Crown, dean of Crummer. “This ranking is evidence of the achievements of our alumni, who are some of the most sought-after, innovative global business leaders at top companies and organizations. It also speaks to the high quality of our faculty who are consistently recognized as top thought leaders in their fields, as well as our strong classroom culture where students engage with executives and peers in a think tank-like setting to gain practical, actionable experience.”

The 2017 rankings mark the ninth time Forbes has ranked the Crummer Graduate School of Business first among Florida schools. Known for its distinguished faculty, intimate class sizes, innovative programs, and strong alumni network, Crummer develops global business leaders and innovators through high-quality, experiential education.

“The Forbes ranking truly shows the benefits of being a Crummer graduate,” says Rollins College President Grant Cornwell. “Our students are succeeding in a highly competitive marketplace based on the skills, knowledge, and overall experience they have received while at Crummer under the mentoring of outstanding faculty. Crummer alumni benefit from their education the first year out, yes, but the value of a Crummer degree shines throughout one’s career.”
