For the fourth year in a row, the MBA program at Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business was named the country’s No. 1 master’s program for leadership and organizational development.

Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business has once again been recognized for its excellence in leadership development, receiving a fourth consecutive No. 1 ranking from HR.com. The recognition is part of HR.com’s prestigious Leadership Excellence Awards, which honors the world’s top leadership programs.

“The mission of the Crummer Graduate School of Business is to produce innovative, responsible, and global leaders who impact their organizations and communities,” says Dean Deborah Crown. “This award is a testament to the high quality of our degree programs and faculty, as well as the incredible contributions of our Center for Leadership Development, which is vital in Crummer’s mission to creating world-class leaders.”

Leadership is a fundamental theme woven throughout the curricula of the school’s four graduate degree programs. Crummer’s Center for Leadership Development provides students with in-depth leadership training and experiential programming to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and relationship building.

“We partner with our esteemed faculty, staff, members of our Leadership Business Advisory Board, and Crummer alumni to provide extraordinary leadership opportunities that enhance student leadership acumen and development,” says Selina Vik, assistant director for the Center for Leadership Development. “From mentoring and leadership coaching to nonprofit-board participation and an opportunity to become the SunTrust Distinguished Leader of Merit, Crummer students are able to practice and apply leadership skills firsthand.”

Crummer alumni have gone on to prominent leadership roles with industry-leading organizations worldwide, including companies such as Walt Disney World Co., Deloitte, Apple, BMW, Google, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, and Siemens.
