The mission of the X-Club Fraternity is to provide a foundation in which our members promote the values of honor, value, and leadership in all its endeavors.

  1. The organization was required to have 100% attendance at an educational presentation on fraternity values. The organization’s leadership was required to attend a panel on team-building alternatives to hazing.
  2. The organization was tasked with creating a new member education plan, written in consultation with the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life and the organization’s academic advisor.
  3. Weekly meetings with the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, chapter leadership will present to the organization on College and Organizational policies around hazing and misconduct, all members will be required to participate in an online hazing education module followed by an in-person debrief with the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Director of Community Standards and Responsibility.

Each year, our organizations participate in a Community Commitments Review process at the end of their election cycle. During this review, organizations submit data and information as well as complete a presentation overviewing their accomplishments from their officer term. Staff and faculty review this information and provide an overall ranking out of 5 stars. To learn more about the criteria for the annual CCR review, please click here.
