Below are answers to questions regarding Rollins Virtual Family Weekend October 23-25, 2020! Be sure to check back periodically for updates.

When will I receive more information about the Family Weekend virtual experience?

Our planning team is busy putting together a interactive, fun, and educational experience for Rollins families. We expect to finalize the virtual Family Weekend schedule by early August, so be sure to check back for more information. Be sure to also watch your email for the Rollins' Parent & Family August newsletter, and again in early September for an email invitation to our Virtual Family Weekend festivities!

How do families register?

Registration will be open online beginning early September. A link to register will be found on the Family Weekend homepage. Parents and families will also receive emails regarding Family Weekend registration beginning in early September. We are hopeful that by offering a virtual experience, more members of your family will have access to take part in the weekend opportunties!

What is the cost?

Rollins' Virtual Family Weekend is free! However, we ask that families pre-register to attend in order to receive information on our virtual weekend events.

I'd like to meet my student's advisor, how do I schedule an appointment?

You may request an appointment with your student’s advisor by contacting the Student Affairs office via email ( with your student’s name and their faculty advisor, by October 15. All appointments must be requested by Friday, October 15 to ensure appointments times can be scheduled. Please know, appointments are based on first-come, first-served faculty availability.

I'd like to know more about Rollins Study Abroad programs and opportunities, who can I meet with?

If your student interested in Study Abroad opportunities, consider scheduling an appointment directly with staff from International Programs and to learn more about Rollins’ semester and short-term study abroad programs. To schedule an individual appointment email or call 407-646-2466.

I'm an international parent, can I meet with staff to answer some of my questions? 

Yes! To meet with staff in the Office of International Student & Scholar Services simply email or call 407-691-1158 to schedule a WebEx meeting.
