Fingerprinting/Background Check

Student Teaching/Internship Fingerprinting (Orange County only)
Enter an email address under "NEW USERS/SIGN UP" and click the "SIGN UP" button.  Follow the instructions for creating a password and security questions and then click "SIGN UP AND CONTINUE".  Enter the FieldPrint Code: FPSDOCInterns.  After completing the process make sure to print out the confirmation page and take with you to your appointment.  If you have any questions about registering please contact the customer service team at 877-614-4364 or

Background Check Form (Orange County only)

Student Teaching/Internship Fingerprinting for Seminole County: All interns need to be fingerprinted before entering the classroom. Go to the Educational Support Center at 400 East Lake Mary Blvd. Sanford, FL. You can be fingerprinted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.. The cost is $81.25, pay with cash, money order, Visa/Mastercard/Debit card. You do not need to make an appointment to be fingerprinted, however, it is highly recommended to call ahead to make sure they are available to take your prints.
