Information for Faculty & Staff

What You Need to Know Now

  • Effective January 1, 2022: If you are non-exempt staff, and you are unable to work remotely, report your isolation time using COVID-19 leave pay code 15012. If you are exempt staff, and you are unable to work remotely, you do not need to report any leave time.
  • Mask wearing is required at all times for all indoor spaces, including classrooms unless you are working alone in a private office or lab in which case you do not need to wear your mask. Learn more about health and safety practices at Rollins.
  • Any variations to pre-pandemic work arrangements and schedules should be approved by department heads and divisional vice presidents in alignment with our established Flexible Scheduling Guidelines for Staff.
  • Due to the heightened safety risks associated with health care settings and to better protect our community from COVID, the College is requiring all Wellness Center staff to be fully vaccinated with exception of those granted medical and religious accommodations.
