Overview

The Center for Career and Life Planning endeavors to abide by the National Association of College and Employers (NACE) Principles for Career Services Professionals. Recruiting organizations are also expected to make a good faith effort to abide by NACE's Principles for Employment Professionals.

Through our free online job posting database and multiple on-campus recruiting opportunities, Career & Life Planning professionals will work one-on-one with employers to design custom solutions for your hiring needs.

 COVID-19 UPDATE:

Postponing In-Person Activities with Employers: 

Thank you for your interest in recruiting Rollins students. Until further notice, all in-person recruiting activities will be postponed until further notice. Rollins College is continuing communication, coordination and planning using updated guidance from our state and federal health partners.   

Virtual Recruiting:  

You may continue to connect with Rollins students virtually via phone, Google Hangouts, Skype, and/or any other virtual platform.  

Job Postings:  

Postings to Handshake will be reviewed by the Center for Career & Life Planning’s staff members and approved or declined within 3-5 business days. If you have an expedited need, please email Denise Cordova, Assistant Director of Employer Engagement at DCordova@rollins.edu   

Events:   

Please continue to promote virtual events on Handshake. Rollins’ Center for Career & Life Planning will review your request and follow-up as appropriate. If you have an expedited need, please email Denise Cordova, Assistant Director of Employer Engagement at DCordova@rollins.edu   

Virtual Interviews:  

Handshake will continue to be used for interview room reservation. You may schedule “virtual Interview(s)” using Handshake and select a preferred “interview slot schedule.” Note, you are responsible for securing and sharing with the applicant the interviewing software you will use to conduct the virtual interview.
You will be notified via Handshake when in-person recruiting activities resume.
