Crummer Ranks #1 Nationally in Leadership for 3rd Year in a Row

WINTER PARK, FL (February 13, 2018) – For a third year in a row, the Crummer MBA at Rollins College was named the #1 master’s program in the country for leadership and organizational development. The recognition is part of’s prestigious Leadership Excellence Awards, which honors the world’s top leadership programs.

“The mission of the Crummer Graduate School of Business is to produce innovative, responsible, and global leaders who impact their organizations and communities,” said Dean Deborah Crown. “In addition to recognizing the high-quality of our degree programs and faculty, this award is evidence of the incredible contributions of our Center for Leadership Development, which is central to Crummer’s comprehensive approach to leadership.”

Leadership is a fundamental theme woven throughout the curricula of the school’s four graduate degree programs. Crummer’s Center for Leadership Development provides students with in-depth leadership training and experiential programming to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and relationship building.

Crummer alumni have gone on to prominent leadership roles with industry-leading organizations worldwide, including companies such as Walt Disney World Co., Darden Restaurants, Deloitte, Apple, BMW, Hasbro, Google, Verizon, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, NASDAQ, and Siemens. and Leadership Excellence joined forces in May 2013 to provide world-class leadership development resources and tools to a combined audience of over 350,000 individuals and organizations throughout the world. Prior to joining, Leadership Excellence provided real solutions to the challenges leaders face every day for more than 30 years. Under the guidance of Ken Shelton, Stephen R. Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Charles Garfield, their idea was to redefine how businesses were conducted, how people were motivated, and how success was achieved.
