Crummer MBA Student Named a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women

Lindsey Nicole Miller, a student at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, is recognized for her student leadership

Lindsey Nicole MillerNov. 14, 2014 – The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) has named Lindsey Nicole Miller, an MBA student at The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Miller was selected from NAPW’s 600,000 members to receive the prestigious recognition for the leadership she’s exemplified in her studies.

In addition to being a full-time Early Advantage MBA student, Miller serves as the Vice President - Events Producer for the Rollins Entertainment Business Association and will be pursing her leadership certification through the Center for Leadership Development at Crummer.

“My MBA courses have given me strong insights on my own leadership style,” Miller says. “I’m learning directly from the top-level executives who come speak with us about their own leadership paths, and it’s all shaping me to be a stronger, more impactful leader.”

Following graduation, Miller hopes to work in marketing at the Golf Channel and ultimately become an on-air personality.

“At one point, my professional aspirations were only a dream,” Miller says. “But my studies at Crummer have armed me with the skills and experience necessary to pursue them.”

Miller received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Her anticipated graduation date from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business is May 2016.
