Erichsen Named Director of Development

June 11, 2013 - Rollins College recently named Millie J. Erichsen director of development for the Crummer Graduate School of Business. 

Erichsen brings 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit management to her role at Rollins. Most recently she served as director of development at the University of Central Florida (UCF) Foundation, where she spearheaded the development efforts of the College of Health and Public Affairs, the second largest college at the second largest university in the nation. At UCF she helped garner more than $1.5 million in individual, corporate and foundation gifts. Prior to that, Erichsen was the director of development at Quest, Inc., a Central Florida nonprofit, and was also the assistant vice president for Strategic Marketing at Rollins College.
“I am thrilled to be returning to Rollins, and feel I can bring my knowledge as a graduate and former employee to this role,” said Erichsen. “Rollins is an outstanding educational institution and I look forward to advancing the initiatives of the College.”
Erichsen is a member of the Central Florida chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She also serves as a mentor for the College’s Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Center. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and her MBA and Graduate Management Certificate from Rollins College.
