3. You’ll help student-athletes like Jessika Linnemeyer ’22 earn prestigious scholarships for graduate school. For her accomplishments both on and off the court, the biology major and volleyball star received the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, which she’s using to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy on her path to opening a clinic tailored to underserved populations.

4. You’ll support nontraditional students like Kelly Longstreet ’22 as they fulfill their dreams and advance their careers. Thanks to Rollins’ Pathways to Teaching program offered through the Hamilton Holt School, the aspiring teacher is well on her way to having a classroom of her own at Ocoee Elementary School, where she’s been working as a teacher’s aide.

6. You’ll support students like Courtney Trohn ’23 as they hone knowledge and skills in child psychology at Rollins’ Hume House Child Development & Student Research Center. Through her research working directly with children in an observational environment, the psychology major has decided to pursue a child and adolescent clinical track in graduate school on her path to launching a private practice.

7. You’ll empower burgeoning leaders like Angelina Khourisader ’23 ’24MBA to combine her liberal arts education with the No. 1 MBA in Florida. The computer science major is earning her MBA from Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business in just five years thanks to the College’s 3/2 Accelerated Management Program and plans to pursue a law degree after graduating.

8. You’ll give art students like Emma Lostutter ’23 the opportunity to create and curate their own art exhibition at the Rollins Museum of Art. Having the opportunity to engage in this kind of real-world experience has been essential preparation for the studio art major, who aspires to become a graphic designer in the fashion industry.

9. You’ll provide hands-on opportunities at Rollins’ very own WPRK 91.5 FM for media enthusiasts like Musenya Ngoma ’23. The computer science major credits his experience as the station manager for helping him develop key skills in leadership, communication, and introspection and for instilling in him the desire to never stop learning.

10. You’ll continue the legacy of theatre and dance at Rollins by supporting performers like Ghina Fawaz ’22 who are bound for the stage. From directing a show in the Black Box Theatre to developing an original play alongside her mentor, the theatre and psychology double major discovered a passion for empowerment through storytelling and is now pursuing an MFA in directing at Columbia University.
